It’s important to us that you are happy with your purchase. If you are not totally satisfied you can return it within 28 days and we will give you a full refund by the same method as your original payment.
Please note any made to order items such as furniture to size and finish are non-returnable.
How do I return an item?
All items (apart from custom orders) can be returned up to 28 days from delivery. Returns must be authorised, so please call us on 01226 770383 or email info@bathroomsdirectyorkshire.co.uk with your order details.
Please note, we will only accept products if they are undamaged, unused and in their original packaging and accompanied by your order confirmation.
Bathrooms Direct Yorkshire is not liable for postage costs or taxes due on returned goods.
We recommend using Recorded or Special Delivery when returning products as Bathrooms Direct Yorkshire will not be responsible for products lost or damaged in transit.

When will I receive my refund?
Upon receiving the goods back, we will refund your money after items have been inspected for resale. You will then receive an email confirming your refund has been processed.
Are there any returns exclusions?
Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for products that have been used, installed, or made-to-order.
