Impey WaterGuard floor membrane kit is the next generation of wetroom floor waterproofing systems. It provides a faster and easier method of tanking a leak-free wet floor area.

WaterGuard® features a new fleece membrane with a self adhesive butyl rubber backing, which is fast and easy to install.

WaterGuard provides the complete leak-proof sealing solution, at just 1 mm thick WaterGuard is strong, flexible and versatile making tanking a wet room faster and easier. It comes with a lifetime guarantee*, so you can install with complete confidence.

Unlike many other systems Impey WaterGuard® can be tiled as soon as it has been fitted saving both installation time and cost.

  • Co-Polymer membrane with a butyl rubber backing creates a completely watertight barrier.
  • Polypropylene surface provides a key for the tile adhesive.
  • Can be used with epoxy grout and solvent based sealers for stone tiles.

  • No curing time to enable faster installation.
  • Highly elastic, resistant to ageing, complete watertight barrier.

How will my goods be delivered? Small items such as Taps and Accessories will be delivered by courier, the courier will contact you ahead of delivery. Large items such as Baths, Ceramics, Furniture, Shower Trays and Enclosures will be delivered on a pre-arranged, palletised, kerbside delivery service and therefore your assistance will be required to take the items into your property. The delivery driver may take the pallet away for you, please note this is at the driver's discretion, if this is not possible you will have to make provision to dispose of the pallet.
Should I inspect my goods upon delivery? We understand it is not always possible to inspect all your goods upon delivery, if this is the case please sign as unchecked otherwise the delivery is deemed as complete and undamaged. Should you note visible damage upon delivery please inspect the products further and take photographic evidence. Please then call us on 01226 770383 or email info@bathroomsdirectyorkshire.co.uk with your query. You are within your rights to refuse delivery of the order if it isn’t right.
My order is damaged or incomplete, what do I do next? As soon as your order arrives, please check carefully for missing items and also damage. If you notice either, please call us on 01226 770383 or email info@bathroomsdirectyorkshire.co.uk You are within your rights to refuse delivery of the order if it isn’t right.
What happens if delivery takes place when I am not at home? Please ensure someone is at home on the agreed day of delivery. If we cannot deliver the items a redelivery fee will apply.
Can I collect my order? You can collect your order from our warehouse: Bathrooms Direct Yorkshire, Unit 3 Davies Yard, Wakefield Road, Barnsley, South Yorkshire, S71 1NU. Arranging collection is available at the checkout.

It’s important to us that you are happy with your purchase. If you are not totally satisfied you can return it within 28 days and we will give you a full refund by the same method as your original payment.
